If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Forty-eight hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.

An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment (i.e. created by the designer). In case an order has been cancelled we keep 10% of the order's total and refund the rest of the sum paid. In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers is a perishable item.

If the fulfilling florist can not deliver your order due to incorrect address we will notify you of the problem immediately, and if you provide us with correct delivery address we will re-attempt delivery. In cases like this the delivery fee is due to be paid for the second time. If the quality of the purchased items becomes inappropriate by the time you correct the delivery information (please, remember fresh cut flowers and fruit are highly perishable) then we will charge full order amount for the second time to create new fresh bouquet or arrangement. In some cases you may be given an option to send the same order to a different person to an address within our delivery area (cancellation fee will be deducted from the order's total though).

Occasions when one of the cities from the dropdown menu is selected as the destination city, and it turns out that the actual address refers to the city out of our basic delivery zone, are treated as orders with a wrong address. In case we are able to deliver to that place, but the delivery fee differs from that to the city from the dropdown menu, the delivery will be conducted after the finalizing calculations. In case the delivery fee to that place is higher than that from the dropdown menu, a link for the extra payment will be sent to you. In case the delivery fee is lower than that to the city from the dropout menu, the difference with be reimbursed with the deduction of 10%.

If your floral arrangement is not fresh and not of the highest quality we will willingly have it replaced. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you should send an explanation of your problem to sales@roses.ru within 24 hours of delivery. Sorry, because fresh cut flowers are highly perishable, we, just like your local florist, cannot offer a replacement or refund if you do not notify us promptly of your concern.
